Covid – 19 Policy. Viewings of Unoccupied Properties.   

Viewings – All viewings of unoccupied property will take place with a member of staff. No more than two people from the same household will be permitted to enter into the property.

Our staff member will arrive 10 minutes prior to the appointment to unlock the main entrance door, open the internal doors and cupboards.

Our staff member will have suitable PPE of gloves and optional face masks will be used by our staff member and each item will be disposed of after each separate viewing.

Our member of staff will remain outside the property whilst the viewing is taking place and any questions can be answered from a social distance or emailed into the office and answered accordingly.

The property’s door handles, light switches and cupboard handles will be cleaned using antibacterial wipes/ mist.

A minimum of 72 hours between each viewing will be exercised.

The office shall remain closed to walk in members of the public until further notice, however the office will be available by appointment to all current and potential new Landlords and Tenants.

Covid – 19 Policy. Moving Into A Property.

A copy of the Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement will be emailed over to the Tenants 24 – 48 hours in advance. An appointment will be made for the Tenants to attend the office to sign the Assured Shorthold Agreement and for our staff member to answer any questions and hand over keys.
